The Tomey service department provides unlimited phone support to all warranty customers. We will provide a high level of phone support and troubleshooting before opting to have your equipment sent in for repair.

There is no limit on the number of repairs that will be performed on your equipment during the warranty period. If you require any further information or if you have any questions, please contact our service department.

Our service managers are dispatched from Headquarters to each sales office to meet customer needs quickly. When a problem occurs, staff endeavor to reach the customer as quickly as possible to minimize downtime.

Additionally, the service manager of Tomey GmbH (Germany) holds service training for distributors linked in to the global service network.

It is our goal for our customers to be more pleased than they thought they would be, upon seeing and using the products. The real rewards are when the customers call back just to tell us how pleased they are with the product, which happens regularly.

Toomey Racing USA was founded by Stuart Toomey in Harbor City, California, in 1974 as a high-end consulting, research, development and fabrication shop producing specially designed high performance exhaust systems and other racing parts, only for professional Factory racing teams.

These designs enjoyed great success at the national level, naturally creating even more demand.

In fact, in 1979, the year that Stuart Toomey, tuning for Dale Singleton, won the Daytona 200, the richest, most prestigious road race in America, 11 of the top 12 teams at Daytona were Toomey equipped (the one guy who wasn't, was the Yamaha factory machine, a DNF).

In the spring of 1979, the company created a production shop to help meet this rising demand. This production shop has since become the mainstay of the company.

AchievementsThe consulting side of the business had also grown so much by 1981, that even the Japanese Factory Teams (Honda and Yamaha) sought the services of Toomey Racing.

In January of 1982, Stuart Toomey signed an exclusive contract with Honda Motor Company, Ltd. (Japan) to provide technical services to their new World Championship Grand Prix Team, working directly on future multiple World Champion, Freddie Spencer's equipment. Stuart was one of only two technicians chosen to work with Freddie, under the direction of the world renown engine tuner, Erv Kanemoto.

Stuart Toomey started his racing career in 1973 as a race technician for some of the hottest southern California racers of the '70's like Harry Klinzmann who was A.F.M. Champion for many years. The frequent victories coming from this exclusive "skunk works" type of shop gained Stuart quite a bit of notoriety as well. By 1976, pros from all over the country sought the services of Toomey Racing USA. Among those are;

MacLean Racing, (a Honda Factory sponsored, Toomey Racing exclusive contractor) was also crowned the "Winningest Team in AMA History" in 1985 with its two man team of Richard Schlachter and Wayne Rainey. (Now a 3 time World Champion)

The term "Campaign Organizers" shall also be deemed to include any individual(s) designated as a beneficiary of Campaigns.

Services: The Services are offered as a platform (the "Platform") to Users of the Services. Among other features, the Services are designed to allow Campaign Organizers to post Campaigns to the Platform to accept Donations from Donors. Although there are no fees to set up Campaigns, a portion of each Donation will be charged as fees for our Services and those of our third party payment processors. Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services with or without notice. You agree that Company will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance thereof. The Company has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or other content maintained or uploaded by the Services.
