ඇන්ඩ්‍රොයිඩ් 2.3 (gingerbread) සදහා හෝ සියලු ඇන්ඩ්‍රොයිඩ් සංස්කරණ සදහා සිංහල යුනිකේත install කළ හැකිද?

Android 4.0 ICS සදහා නම් සිංහල inbuilt එනව දන්නා තරමින්
පහල version එකකට දානවනම් Samsung Galaxy දුරකථනයක් නම් FontOptimizer වගේ ඇප් එකක් තියෙනව (මම android user කෙනෙක් නොවෙමි)
වෙනත් වර්ගයක දුරකථනයක් නම් එය Root කර පසුව සිංහල යුනිකේත දැමිය හැක

Nisanka කියපු දේ හරි. 2.3 සඳහා ඔබට සිංහල අකුරු ස්ථාපනය කළ හැකියි නුමත් අකුරු නිවැරදිව රෙන්ඩර් වෙන්නේ නෑ. සංහල යුනිකොඩ් ස්ථාපනය සඳහා Fontomizer SP නමින් Google Play එක තුල ඇති ඇප් එක Intalle කර එහි ඇති සිංහල අකුරු ස්ථාපනය කර anrdoid phone එක restart කරන්න.

Android 4.0 ICS සඳහා පෙරනිමියෙන් සිංහල යුනිකේත වැඩ කරන්නේ නැත. (samsung නම් ICS එක්ක සිංහල වැඩ කරාවි.). Root කිරීමෙන් දුරකතනයේ/tab එකේ වගකීම් සහතිකය අවලංගු වේ. 
ICS නොවන samsung galaxy phone  සඳහා FontOptimizer උත්සහ කර බලන්න.

Android 4.0 ICS සඳහා දැනට ඇති යුනිකේත අකුරු සියල්ල ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවුනත්, යුනිකේත රෙන්ඩරින් සඳහා ප්‍රාතමික සහයක් දක්වනවා. අපට අවශ්‍ය ලෙස ෆොන්ටයක් සකසා ගත හැකිනම් බොහෝදුරට නිවැරදිව ක්‍රියාත්මක කර ගත හැකිවේවි. වේලාව තියෙන කෙනෙක් උත්සාහ කරල බලනවනම් වඩාත් කැමතියි. glyph substitution ක්‍රමය Android 4.0 ICS තුල සිදුවෙන බව පෙනේ.

Android 4.0 ICS සඳහා root කර font එකක් install කලහොත් webපිටු/webview යොදාගත් apps සඳහා යුනිකෝඩ් රෙන්ඩරින් හොඳින්ම වැඩ කරනවා.(webview සඳහා complex script සහය දක්වයි) නමුත් native apps සඳහා යුනිකේත තවමත් දෝෂ සහිතයි.
