Sinhala Unicode Issues with Adobe CS3

Can anyone tell me solutions for use of Sinhala unicode in Adobe CS3.
Eg.Adobe Photoshop CS3. Many letters dont adjust properly. For
example, if we want to type වි it types the cap (ispilla) misalligned.
This issue come for Adobe only. For MS Office it works fine. I saw
same problem for many people for Adobe when I googled. But no one had
given a clear solution. Some expert in Sinhala Unicode please advice.
