සිංහල OCR

අංසක අයියා කී පරිදි ස්ථාපන කොට භාවිතා කර බැලුවා. නමුත් යම් යම් ගැටළු වලට මුහුණ පෑමට සිදුවුනා. මම ස්කෑනරය මගින් ස්කෑන් කර, කෙතරම් පිරිසිදු කළත් "Too much Noise" දෝෂය පැනනගිනවා. ඉන්පසුව මම කොරල්ඩ්‍රෝ මගින් සිංහල අක්ෂර කිහිපයක් ‍ටයිප් කර jpeg ලෙස export කර භාවිතා කර බැලුවා. එය නම් සාර්ථක වූවා. නමුත් අක්ෂර ඒ ආකාරයෙන්ම ලැබෙන්නේ නැහැ. කරුණාකර ඇමුණුම් බලන්න. (යොදාගත් ගොනු වල කුඩා කොටස් පමණයි අමුණා තිබෙන්නේ.)

අසංක මම මෙම මෘදුකාංගය බාගත කර ගත්තා. XP වල සාමාන්‍යයෙන් හොදට වැඩ කරනවා.

විස්ටා වල වැඩකරනවාද? දෙණියාය ප්‍රදේශයේ පාසලකත් මෙම මෘදුකාංගය ස්ථාපනය කැ දුන්නා.

Dear Malintha,

Thank you very much for trying to use the Sinhala OCR. I hope if you follow the instructions given in the User Manual for OCR which is given with the installation pack yoiu will be able to use it succefully.

some tips to use the OCR succesfully:

scan the image with 300dpi

make sure that the image doesn't have very small isolated noise (black dots)

the input image has to have a clear border in all 4 sides of it

please contact us if you get any difficulty
