මම note කරපු දෙයක් ගැන අදහස් දැන ගන්න ඕන වුණා.

Arial font එකේ ලෝකේ ගොඩක් රටවල් වල අක්ෂර ඇතුලත් කර තිබෙනවා නේද? කොහොමත් UTF8 encoding ක්‍රමයට ඒක ගැටලුවක් නෙවෙයි මම හිතන්නේ. අපිටත් ඒකට හා අනෙකුත් most common font වර්ග වලට සිංහල ඇතුලත් කරවා ගැනීමට ක්‍රමවේදයක් තිබෙනවාද?

තව දෙයක්,

character map වලින් බැලුවොත් font එකක unicode subrange ය‍ටතේ tamil අඩංගු කර තිබෙනවා. ඇයි සිංහල Latin ආකාරයට ඇතුලත් කර ඇත්තේ ඇයි. Bhashitha වැනි fonts වල ඇත්තේ unicode subrange ය‍ටතේ Private use characters විදිහටයි. Iskoola පොතේ ඊට වෙනස්. මලිති වල ඉංග්‍රීසි ඇත්තේම නැහැ. මේක මටනම් මහ අවුලක්.

මේ ගැන දන්න කෙනෙක් කියා දෙන්න. ‍(මම සිංහල unicode fonts ටිකක් design කරන්න හිතුවා. මේ ගැන කල්පනා කරලම දැන් ඒක විකාරයි වගේ. ඒක කරන්න පහසු වෙන්නත් එක්ක පුලුවන්නම් කියා දෙන්න.)
