As was announced on the EPEL mailing list, singularity-ce 4.1 has been updated to version 4.1.1 (from 3.11.5) in EPEL 7/8/9.
As this is a major version jump (which went through approval under the EPEL policies), EPEL users may wish to review the documentation, especially the what’s new sections for 4.1, and 4.0. See:
