I have the Sims 4 on my XBOX EA account and I'm currently playing it on my PC through my EA account but none of the $300+ DLC I've purchased is unlocked. Is there any way to get EA to acknowledge I've already purchased these products, so I don't have to pay double for what I already have?
You'll still have access to that content where it was initially purchased on Xbox, but if you're now playing on a different platform (PC), those would be different versions and not something that would be available there.
Please make it to be able that you can transfer all your progress from ps4 to windows. I have a lot of sims4 gamepacks and expansion packs and I just downloaded sims4 on my windows computer and there is no way I am gonna try to work my way back up. Please just make it so you can transfer your progress from ps4 to windows. Thank you.
Hi there! I'm planning on upgrading to a PS5 and I have a ton of Sims 4 packs and bundles. I'm wondering if there's a way to transfer them over to the new console without repurchasing them. While I don't mind starting my Sims families from scratch, I'm mainly concerned about my packs. Can you assist me with this? Thank you!
I'm curious given that I spent money on ps4 and my EA account is linked to pc if I could use my paid for dlcs on pc aswell cause I really don't want to spend more money than I have given that I originally paid for sims and now its free...
Any DLC purchased from one platform is not transferrable to another even if your account is linked, as they are purchased from separate stores. Any Sims packs you own on PC won't transfer over to console, and any console packs you own wouldn't transfer over to PC.
