Sorry if it's redundant, but I wanted to extra-emphasize here the big update to clean up service loading for any of those doing local locker development.  If you've not updated from master yet in the last few days, when you do a migration will run to update your local Me/ dir, and then you'll want to follow the dev instructions on the registry wiki page: https://github.com/LockerProject/Locker/wiki/Registry

We've been pretty heads down the last bit of time and it's exciting to start getting some of that work out there to everyone, with so so much more to come!
