Greetings everybody,
I need your help to propose Single Cell Biology research plan for Turkey. I'm currently doing Marie-Curie Cofund Fellowship at Koc University in Istanbul and I have a PhD from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. 

Currently working on redox regulation of centrosome and cilial signaling, I want to move towards single cell biology aspect and establish a research lab here in Turkey.

Any suggestions, mentorship ideas,not to miss events,  typical single cell biology lab start up budget etc.. would be greatly appreciated!
