Registration is open for the 2017 Emerging Technologies in Single Cell Biology Symposium, organized by the Penn Program in Single Cell Biology. Details for the May symposium are below. Please distribute this information to any colleagues, postdocs and students who may be interested in attending.

Emerging Technologies in Single Cell Biology Symposium

Date: Wednesday, May 10, 2017

Location: Arthur H Rubenstein AuditoriumSmilow Center for Translational Research, Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania

The Penn Program in Single Cell Biology is hosting the University of Pennsylvania’s fourth Single Cell Biology symposium on May 10, 2017. This day-long event will bring to Penn a group of distinguished investigators who are on the forefront of single cell discovery. From probing single cells to biomedical applications of single cell techniques, this symposium will highlight research that will excite a broad audience across a large number of scientific disciplines.

Featured speakers include:

· Paul Blainey, Department of Biological Engineering, MIT and Broad Institute
· David Issadore, Department of Bioengineering, University of Pennsylvania

· Chris Walsh, Children's Hospital Boston, Harvard University
