[Bug 503783] [NEW] Channel subscripiton portlet fixed the mail field

Public bug reported:

After using the subscripition portlet, I reloaded the page and the
e-mail field was already filled with my last entry.

I had to go to the source and find the place where it was setting the
value, I changed it to " ='' " and it worked.
