Important Rules

• No LBW, No Leg Byes.
• No Mankanding
  
• There will be no LBW and hence no leg byes. There is run out if you try to run for a Leg bye and does not reach the crease.
  
• Power play for any 2 selected overs. During the course of the 7 overs, batting team can select any one over as power play over and bowling team can select any other over as power play over. 
  
• Only 2 outfielders are allowed outside inner circle during power play overs. 
• During non-power play overs minimum of 2 players should be in the inner-circle. 
• Any ball bowled without following these fielding restrictions shall be declared as No-ball. 
  
• Two Runs declare if ball goes on top of the fences in any ground. Out of the fences, scoring is normal. 
• No catch out in case of Tree bump or objectionable object in the game. Umpires decision is final. 
  
• Toss should be done 15 minutes before scheduled start time. 
• At the time of toss if any team doesn’t have 7 players then opponent team qualifies to win the toss.
  
• If any fielder changes fielding position (e.g. moves sideways or move positions) after the bowler starts his run up, then the umpire can signal a No Ball
  
• Any short-pitched ball, which passes or would have passed over the head of the striker in his upright position, is a Wide BALL.
  
• Should a bowler deliver a no ball by overstepping the crease, his next delivery is designated a free-hit, from which the batsman can only be dismissed through a run-out. 
• No changes in the field placement are permitted on a free-hit ball unless the batsman changed ends.

I believe they are referring to the fence behind the baseball pitch. Same as what we had at villa park. We didnt allow runs when we play, they are giving 2.
