Hi!
I am riding(65 mi) in this year's Chicagoland Tour de Cure to help Stop Diabetes. I have joined thousands of riders from across the country in this effort to raise money to further the mission of the American Diabetes Association: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all those affected by diabetes.
You may already know someone who has been affected by diabetes. I ride for the millions of people who have diabetes and for their loved ones. I ride for people just like you and me who live everyday with this disease.
Many people think diabetes is a minor inconvenience, but it is a disease with serious consequences. It is an everyday struggle of counting carbs, checking blood glucose levels and worry.
I know my participation in this year's Tour de Cure can and will make a difference. Please help me in my quest to prevent and cure diabetes once and for all by making a donation. Your generosity would mean so much to me!
