Hi guys

Time to plan for December meetup. I've booked for us HackerspaceSG for
SRB on the 2nd December (Wed).

Any volunteers for topics? Even if none I'm thinking it'll still be
great to meetup for a year end celebration at the coolest geek place
in town - HS@70BussorahStreet. We could talk/share about our ruby ups
and downs over beer. :)

Great idea Jason - since its the last meeting for the year, lets make it more a social gathering - but of course with impromtu lightning talks for anyone with a burning thought to share;-) Be great to check out HackerspaceSG too.

a gordian knot from last nite:

ENV.delete "SSH_AUTH_SOCK"
if u want to make sure that
Net::SSH.start 'host', 'user', :keys => ["keyfile"]
uses only the keyfile and doesn't tries to connect to the ssh-agent :/

:auth_methods => ["publickey"] didnt help either.
i found no explicit option do disable this feature.

it was also interesting that there is only documentation for v1 of the
gem, v2 only has an API ref. but don't worry about it, v1 still
applies enough :)

regarding the presentation we can indeed keep this session a free form one.

Hi guys

I've updated the SRB wiki.

http://singaporerubybrigade.pbworks.com/FrontPage

Don't really have an agenda at hand however please feel free to come
and share anything that you want. It's out first night out at
hackerspacesg so it'll be great for us to "see and feel" our future
"~".

I'll be stocking the fridge with some ice, coke and beer.
