Can I do some presentation on "why Ruby is an acceptable Lisp"? I now
this is a well-known blog on the web. I will recount my personal
experiences with these languages and why I stick with Ruby.

That sounds great George! I'm always interested to know about people's experiences with functional languages (hopefully while doing real work and not just school assignments like me!).

That would be an awesome talk, I think. The talks/presentations for
June are filled, but depending on how things go, we can have you speak
in July or August. Or you might want to consider having a lightning
talk about the topic (time limit of 5 minutes though)

I would really like to hear a talk like that, so I would vote for a
lightning talk in June, or failing that, a talk in July. I know I'll
be away in August!
