some of u might want to know how the tourney that nite ended.

total prize pool after end of rebuys: 1600
1st prize: 800
2nd prize: 480
3rd prize: 320

1st went to Daniel (stephen's fren) who didn't rebuy the entire nite,
which meant a profit of 700 for him. Well done daniel! He even donated
50 to the host at the end, for tournament upkeep purposes
hehe...thanks, i appreciate it. plus i realised its the equivalent of
a 100+5 tourney should i have chosen to hold it like that. hmmm, ur
giving me ideas, man....

2nd went to Keng Keong, who's been MIA from our group for awhile. He
chose to add-on after the third level, but second place still netted
him a 280 profit. If u think abt it, its like doubling up during a
regular cash game. well done KK.

and 3rd went to Charles! who was joining our group for the first time.
His unpredictable play ensured he made it into the money. He too chose
to addon after the third level, so he took home a respectable 120
profit. good job Charles. And we appreciate u playing timekeeper for
the whole group.

to mike and kevin (kelvin?), thanks for joining us, hope u can make it
for our next tourney. mike, u almost made it,..., to those interested,
mike was knocked out in 4th place, just short of making the
money...truth be told, that's one of the tougher stages to play, cos
nobody wants to be the bubble boy.

Ronald and Johny, u guys played good, but sometimes the cards don't co-
operate.

Daniel, u got coolered twice, which can be devastating in a tourney
situation. Set-under-set, there's really no way else you could have
played your hand.

And thanks to Stephen, who is sort of the co-organiser of these games.
He helps bring interested parties in, contributes to speeding the game
along with his pot management skills and helps me deal near the end of
the game. (how come we always end up dealing, stephen? i think we
really suck at tourneys...)

ive been running bad for a couple of months already...
nvm.. part of the game.. gotta perserve..

anyway, i saw on cardplayer magazine, there was a contraption that
keeps track of blind levels and has a display..
Erique, howabout doing some investigation since you are in the
States...find some useful stuff for us to use.
