Would also be curious to know the genesis of the original hypothesis ie what conversations did you have that gave you the idea in the first place. Also just to note that its a 10 min talk so definitely include all this info but do be conscious of the timing.

Hey Isaac,Thank you so much for inviting us. We are more than happy our experience with fellow entrepreneurs .We can possibly share on how we had obtained customer insights through the use of lean approach:
- How we launched a simple website within 3 weeks to test the fundamental hypotheses
- Facilitated the for initial customer development through simple tweaks (e.g., deliberate choice of country, facilitate words of mouth,etc)
- Leveraged on the initial group of customers (e.g, collecting photos and reviews from them)
- Gained key insights through the continuous engagement of potential customers, including those who did not book eventually
- Made quick iteration to make small improvements and are currently developing a new website after fundamental hypotheses were validated (with 80 pax booking in 3 months)
Underlining this methodology is the belief that customers speak the truth only when they need to pay.Please advise if this content is aligned with the presentation theme.
