Hi Fergie,
Can we confirm how big you are expecting the event to be and if you are booking the large level 1 space for less than <40 ($50 per hour) or for >40 ($150 per hour). If that's confirmed I will send you on the invoice for the booking.
If you are expecting a small group then the conference room or bus are also options.

7:35 pm - Sharing by 3 Speakers with Q&A

Speaker 3 - TianHao Chua from NomadAsia
8:35 pm - FLEARN Time!
FLEARN stands for Fail + Learn. This is the best time to share your learnings from your failings. So if you have a FLEARN to share, please let us know at the registration counter or drop me an email before the event.
8:35 pm onwards : Drinks, mingling and informal sharing
We have decided to remove the RSVP limit. This means that there will be no waiting list. However, do note that we only have seating space for 70 people. Those who are late will have to stand, sit on the floor or steal a seat from someone else.

Please take note that there is a $50 booking and events administration cost.
Setup & Equipment Training
As you probably know at the HUB event organizers are responsible for setting up and running their events. If you have any questions on how to do so or how to use the sound system, please feel free to approach us for a refresher. We provide equipment training on a weekday that suits you. This 15 minute session will let you know how to organise the space. Attached is also a useful guide for your reference.
For setup on the day, feel free to start setting up at 1 hour before your event. Do make sure you have at least 2 people to rearrange the tables and chairs, and after the event, please restore the space to its original layout.
