Hi Isaac,

We’ve missed you over at SLSC. Your absence is noticeable. But I’m sure this move to Montreal is for the better for your family.

 

Tuesday’s SLSC was crazy. We were almost oversubscribed by two times. Thankfully, we managed to pare down the numbers. Fergie and Gabriel had to man the fort because I had to go to KL for a last minute trip and Ian was in Bali. Ray has said he will come on as part of the team and Scott said he will also help us source for speakers.

 

The growth of SLSC is credit to your strategy of having a consistent event with speakers. It worked really well.

 

As a sidenote, can you link me up with the AWS person and the other speakers for the July Continous Deployment topic? Manish from IMVU is going to speak so we will need two more speakers.

 

Unfortunately, I can’t go for your farewell event on 22 June as I will be in Italy with my wife for our babymoon (yes, my wife is pregnant with a third! So we are going for a holiday for just the two of us while we can)

 

I’ll come to blinkBL_NK on 26^th. So I’ll see you there.
