publishing scala project

Dear SFP-ers,

Does anyone have a good guide of publishing scala project to some of the maven repo?

I followed this one but it does not seem to work. i.e. I could not find my project in the repo after one week.

After upgrading to sbt 0.13, everything was broken. 

I managed to fix it using this nice reference.
