Login admin user error

Hello. Can you help me with my problem?

I downloaded .msi package and install it, but test setup
configuration returns me error:

Please check the table aspnet_Applications, in the
Sinergia_aspnet database has a row with column ApplicationName and
value:

And i cann't login anyone of test users, but when i create new user
it's all seems ok.
When i trying login as one of test users in Event Viewer appears
following message:
