Missing membership-sinergia.bat

I seem to be missing the membership-sinergia.bat (as referenced in the
readme.txt file) file from the most current download. I am attempting
to install the database on a SQL Server 2005 database located on a
seperate server. I have changed all the references to .\sqlexpress to
point to my server, but continue to experience problems with access
rights. I'm wondering if I've missed something by not being able to
execute this batch file?
