error loading the project

I just loaded sinergia 0.6 into visual studio 2008 and got the
following two errors in first build.
Error 1 The namespace 'Sinergia.Workflows' already contains a
definition for 'ICaseManagementLocalService'
C:\Users\admin\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\src\Projects
\Sinergia.ActivityLibrary\ICaseManagementLocalService.cs

Error 2 The namespace 'Sinergia.Workflows' already contains a
definition for 'CaseEventArgs'
C:\Users\admin\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\Projects\src\Projects
\Sinergia.Workflows\CaseEventArgs.cs

what is this duplicate thing complaint about?
