I just ran the following

SELECT DISTINCT * WHERE {
?product a <http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/OnlineEcommerceAccount>
}

With 4 results against sindice.

http://sparql.sindice.com/sparql?default-graph-uri=&query=SELECT+DISTINCT+*+WHERE+%7B+%0D%0A++++%3Fproduct+a+%3Chttp%3A%2F%2Fxmlns.com%2Ffoaf%2F0.1%2FOnlineEcommerceAccount%3E%0D%0A%7D&format=text%2Fhtml&debug=on

Would it be safe to say the OnlineEcommerceAccount is not used?

I'm thinking of a new use for it ...

Melvin,

probably that's the case but , at the moment by no mean consider
sindice sparql endpoint - at this time - as a reflection of the
content of Sindice as a whole.

Sindice data simply didnt fit on the resources for the current sparql
endpoint so we're migrating to a new model where only "selected" sites
are in sparql and are kept fresh updated (better a few in good state
than more but in an incomplete and scarcely udpated state)

Cheers
Gio

Hi,

The Sindice search engine does return also a similar number of documents
(3):

http://sindice.com/search?q=&nq=*%20%3Crdf%3Atype%3E%20%3Chttp%3A%2F%2Fxmlns.com%2Ffoaf%2F0.1%2FOnlineEcommerceAccount%3E&fq=&interface=guru

Even if Sindice does not cover all the data on the web, it covers a
representative subset. Therefore, we could say that
foaf:OnlineEcommerceAccount does not seem very used.

Regards,
