Not seeing advertisements from sub pages

Hi,

 

I  submitted page http://www.mathiswebs.com/svg/ about a week ago, and it is now showing up.  When I search for "S1 overlaps S2", I get a hit on my page.  However, I have serveral pages underneath my main page and those pages aren't showing up.  I have no robot.txt file.  Can anyone help?
