1. Each one of us introduced ourselves, for few minutes about what we are
doing in our fields and how we are putting our efforts to protect our
language and literature.

2. We all agreed that we need to have Sindhi Distribution Network in place
to reach out to each Sindhi in world. This network can be used for promoting
our music, movies, festivals etc.

3. It was also discussed that It is essential to have our own Sindhi TV
Channel to publicize our cultural programs. This will also help to reach out
to new generation. Group also agreed that if required we will strive for
private channel and generate enough funding to run channel for few years.
Funding can be generated by various Sindhi Commercial establishments in
India or abroad.

4. The key point as given by Mr. Anand that there are 20+ colleges which
fall under Hyderabad Sindh college board. In these colleges Sindhis are
given preference and even at low percentage Sindhi teenagers claim the
admission. There should be some mechanism to verify the competency of Sindhi
language at this stage in Sindhi Quota students. It was decided we as a
group will reach out to board and make proposal with enough of material to
introduce some kind of Sindhi Competency check before awarding admission.

5. I offered my SindhiDB.com site as central point to archive/promote Sindhi
Music, Movies and Books. I can offer all the space bandwidth and programming
for FREE to promote Sindhi Language and Literature. As discussed during the
meeting, I have also prepared small presentation to explain objective behind
SindhiDB and how various Sindhi Artists can take advantage of this free
service.

Mr. Anand will announce the dates for next meeting, when he will be back in
town.

Dear brother,

You are doing good work. Congratulations! we all must remember one cardinal fact od todays consumer society that axis of every activity is relationship between consumer and producer of any commodity and marketing is only vehicle. Any activity which is not taken on business and professional basis is bound to flounder. In any case if any activity is undertaken it should have proper feasablity/ project report with comprehennsive marketing stratagy. Of course all this calls for a basic data which also needs to be gathared progessionally. So let us begin at the begining instead of merely barking at the trees. I hope you will take it in a sprit in which this advice is given.
