My humble response to this article in Daily "Dawn” http://www.dawn.com/2011/08/21/rapprochement-is-possible.html

Rapprochment between Sindhis and Panaahgeers? Rubbish! Not possible at all! They continue with the policies of encroachment and enforcement – what rapprochement? Nonsense! Remember the story of a dog with a twisted tail? I have written this story here over and over again. I need not write it, any more!
Sir, 65 years have gone by since the Panaahgeers gate-crashed into peaceful, docile and naive Sindh. They came seeking refuge, they saw, they occupied and they became owners of that great and gregarious land, we call, ‘SINDH.’
Sir, 65 years – did they embrace your culture? Did they accept your language? Did they follow the way of life of 7,000 to 10,000 years old civilised people of Sindh? Did they revere the hands that fed them? Did they thank the souls that sheltered them? Did they sing the songs of love, peace, harmony, sacrifice, humility and patriotism as taught by that greatest Sage, Sufi and Saint of Sindh, Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai?
Not at all! The answer to all these questions is resounding, “NO!” For 65 years the tail has remained twisted! Another 100 years, it will still be twisted! But, by that time Sindh will be in pieces, Sind will not remain as ‘Sindh,’ the way it has always been. She will be dead and gone! Mother of all Mothers will be exterminated forever and forever!
Sindh and Sindhis have paid a very hefty price for sticking up to their ideals and helping those wretched and miserable beings who came looking for bread and butter, shelter and sustenance. Thee Panaahgeers got more than what they have bargained for! And, the children of gregarious Mother Sindh, lost ALL that they had protected and preserved, emulated and embraced, owned and possessed for centuries.
This Article is nothing more than an apologetic statement. It is naive to think of something that is not at all possible! And, naivety and gullibility never pays!
