[SIM-XL] New version 1.5.0.10

We've released a new version of SIM-XL (v.1.5.0.10).

Please update your current version or download at http://patternlabforproteomics.org/sim-xl.

To update your current version, click on Help menu -> Check for updates.

We are fulfilling suggestions of some users, and we are working to turn SIM-XL more robust and sensitive. Continue giving us your feedback about our search engine.

• Optimized method to identify cross-linked peptides. The processing time is reduced by half of the previous version.
• Optimized method for saving results.
• (NEW) Result Browser: Cross-linker filter - Now, it's possible to filter all results from a specific cross-linker when the search is performed using more than one, e.g., XPlex case.
• Spectrum viewer: Zoom in and out was optimized to show all selected area. (Figure 1)
