recovery file problem

Hi guys,

An analysis that I ran ended up with a result window filled in black. I have waited for the results to load patiently, but then the program suddenly closed. I have a recovery file that was created (capture1.jpg), but when I try to open this file to access the data, it seems that there is a problem with the 2D mapping of the cross-links (capture2.jpg). Is there a way to access the data without the 2D mapping?
