Can SIM-XL handle MS-cleavable crosslinkers?

Hi Gérman,

SIM-XL is not able to perform searches with MS-cleavable cross-linkers. However, we have developed a new search engine: Scout, which is totally compatible with MS-cleavable cross-linkers.

You can download the software here as well as see the protocol that explains step-by-step how Scout works.
