Dear all,
We are working on a pulsed radar project using the USRP N210 from Ettus research with a daughter board UBX40. We are using Simulink (Matlab 2017b) to accomplish this task. We are facing a problem related to controlling the SDRU Tx and SDRU Rx blocks. We have noticed that people using Simulink library offered by people at Karlsruhe university to accomplish similar projects, they have put the so-called USRP-source and USRP-sink apparently in the same Simulink model!!!
-Our question is: How would Simulink react in such case? in other words, in the normal pulsed radar, the receiver should be off when the transmitter is working and vice- versa. Now, putting both the source and the sink in the same simulink model, how could Simulink know when to enable the transmitter and disable the receiver, and viceversa? Should we force this synchronization in the Simulink by ourselves? If yes, how?
Hopefully, I was clear in explaining the problem.
Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
regards
