Please find the details below:- The first opening we have is for Backend operations (NON VOICE) Job Title: Trainee Associate/ Associate/ Sr. Associate (UK Backend Process Data Processing) Shift Timing: 6:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10:30pm (Rotational between these 2 shifts) Job location: Thane, Vikroli and Powai(should be comfortable with all the three location) Job description:- -Insurance Client Onboarding set-up, documentation & maintenance of proprietary tools and resources including i.e. pulling claims reports, reviewing census data, gathering plan documentation. -Create/ maintain Dashboard reports for clients and or coordinates with Mumbai team -Maintain insurance records for accounts including writing account summaries, compiling, calculating and organizing insurance data and correspondence The second opening we have is for accounts and settlement:- Job Title: Trainee Associate/ Associate (UK Backend Process Data Processing) Shift Timing: 6:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10:30pm (Rotational between these 2 shifts) Job location: Thane, Vikroli and Powai(should be comfortable with all the three location) Job description:- -Use of clear business English to enable effective direct communication (Verbal/Written) with stakeholders. -Competent user of internal accounting systems (Eclipse, NBAS and/or Acturis, RBS, E-Global, CDL). -Good ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively, correctly evaluating importance and prioritizing accordingly. -Proficiency of MS Office Suite.
