HDFC Bank in association with Finitiatives Learning India Pvt. Ltd (FLIP), has launched a unique program for campus placements this year, leading to a career with HDFC Bank. It ensures that students join the bank, with the needed functional skills. This program is for the batch passing out in 2015.
This program is currently for the following role, within the bank:
1. Relationship Manager – Emerging Enterprise Group
2. Relationship Manager – Business Banking
3. Sales Manager – Cards
The selection process will be as follows:

Online Test: Eligible candidates will go through an online psychographic test. (Test fee INR 750) Eligibility criteria: 1. Less than or equal to 28 years of age at the time of admission 2. 50% and above in Xth, XIIth, Graduation and Post Graduation |
Between 9th March -13th March, 2015 |

Interview: Candidates clearing the test, will be interviewed by HDFC Bank |

Conditional Offer Letter: Selected candidates will be given a conditional offer, subject to enrolling for and clearing the relevant FLIP program, by the given date. |

Note that candidates’, who are already FLIP certified in the relevant areas prior to the application date,will be exempt from Step 5.
