Well we almost served a meal....but they double booked us with St.
Stevens so we had to take a back seat. We cooked the food and they
were going to serve the next night. The funniest thing was all the
people we lining up at the kitchen going "WOW! That smells
fantastic!!". It was interesting seeing what other groups are doing
and the food they serve. I can say with no bias that we serve GOURMET!
cooking. I can also say we do a great job of interacting with the
clients. That was perhaps the biggest bummer is I missed going out and
working the crowd.

I can't tell you how the food tasted (except Arah's cookies which went
through several rounds of quality control (if you know what I mean)),
but it looked fantastic and smelled glorious.

Elliot and Terry: Brewed up this scrumptious fried chicken, golden
brown
Terry: Brought a wagon of salad, we had to put into fridge but will be
used
Gaby: made some German hamburgers that the clients were drooling over
Jules: made her famous spicy chick pea which I got pictures of and
looked like
you wanted to dive into them and eat
Arah: Made a bunt cake that the St. Stevens people took and served and
dissapeared
along with huge bag of cookies that had some missing, not
sure where they went.

I did get some great pictures though.....

And then we went out to Triple Rock and did some beer tasting.

Our next date is May23rd and I can't be there so I'm looking for
another date. Hold on while I figure it out.

Okay bleeding hearts, continue to save the world until we meet again!
