Hey there again!

Loooong time no bleeding hearts, I miss ya all.

This Wednesday we are going to crank it up again. Can we get 1 or 2
more? I'm guessing with the economy the shelter will be full so plan
for 30 people.

Hope you had a great winter, I know I can't wait for summer.

Hey Everyone!

Finally have time to update the site and pictures from April:

I did Paula's chicken and Jeff did a great job with Amy's green beans,
Gaby brought bread, nuts and Linda brought a great salad and tons of
ice cream. Amy brought a huge Bday cake. As usual it was a super hit
because they normally get pasta or sloppy joe type food! It was Amy's
birthday, and she was not feeling well so we celebrated anyways with
birthday cake and ice cream.

The update is the women's shelter is going to move to the men's
shelter but they have to do remodeling and that is going to cost big
bucks, etc. So no real schedule right now. To be honest, its going to
be a real tight fit and summer nights are going to be interesting with
100 people jammed into a basement. But they have a huge kitchen with
all the appliances.

Anyways, next event is May 6th and we are having another Bday party
for Damon. Hope to see ya all there.
