Day 5 - Simply, the present moment

Dear friends

As I share with you the link for the page on the present journey for today I have to laugh at myself and expectation.

After leaving in thought Ireland on Day four I could hear a sound in my mind which I thought to be Scotland. As I sat this morning in meditation I assumed that today’s journey would be to Scotland. Instead I was taken to the Svalbard Islands in Norway. When I realised the signifance the project being held within these islands I needed to sit again and let my mind run through all aspects of healing that I might write only in love and harmony.

I did not undertake lightly the commitment of writing each day, sharing with you the thoughts which may emerge and the challenges those thoughts do bring. How we deal with each challenge is the step we take into creating the future we wish to become
