Day 6 - simply the present moment

Dear Companions of my heart
Day 6 was for me a journey into the past. I grew up in Tasmania Australia and so to me my heart always sits in the place of my birth. Genetically and physically Tasmania holds my roots. At 16 when my family left I most certainly did Not want to leave. The grief of that leaving sat with me for a long time. In 1960 communication was not as it is today when we can Skype someone and be instantly with them. I enjoyed the memories of my trip to Tasmania last year as today I reminisced and share with you that feeling of love which time does bring to all thought and emotion.
