The cover of ZOO this week carries the caption "Big Boobs Bonanza".
The cover looks entincing, but the contents inside are very
disappointing. The main feature begins with 10 pages of small recycled
pics, most of which are themselves very disappointing. There are, for
example, fully clothed pics of Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Jessica
Simpson, Michelle Ryan, etc. There's a pic of Charlotte Church in a
bikini. Big breasted babes?

There is a very small number of decent pics in the collection. There's
a good half-page pic of Amii Grove on some rocks, and there's a 1/6th
of a page pic of Sammie Pennington on a boat. But that's about it.

There are then 4 pages of original pics of Jana Defi, who does have
big boobs. These are quite decent pics.

ZOO's News has another good half-page pic of Amii Grove, also taken in
Ibiza.

And ZOO also has a 13-page feature on Quantum of Solace, with lots of
original on-the-set photos.

The main feature in Nuts this week is a 6-page pictorial of a girl
called Jen who appeared on Big Brother, and who has just had a boob-
job. The shots are topless, but otherwise quite bland and
uninteresting.

Nuts also has an 8-page collection of pics called "Topless TV stars".
These are all recycled pics, mostly thumbnails, nothing of any
significance.

And Nuts has a small 2009 pull-out desk calendar. It's very poor - the
usual Gemma Atkinson, Sophie Howard, Danielle Lloyd, several in fairly
awful finger-in-the-mouth poses. Quite dreadful.

Miss Naked Beauty
==============

We should mention a new TV series "Miss Naked Beauty", which is
showing on Channel 4 at 8pm on Tuesdays.

This is billed as a beauty contest for the 21st Century. The idea is
that they are looking for natural girls - without implants etc. The
way this concept was presented in the first program was that the
search for natural beauty was the idea of its presenter, Gog Wan. The
Sun have been insisting on natural girls for years.

But it's interesting that this concept is now being sold as the "big
new thing".

One of the judges in the first episode of the show was a former editor
of Loaded. One wonders what he'd make of the current issue of Loaded
(which has the fake-boobed Danielle Lloyd on its cover).
