testfixtures 4.11.0 Released!

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce the release of testfixtures 4.10.1 featuring the
following:

- Allow the attributes returned in LogCapture.actual() rows to be
specified.

- Allow a default to be specified for encoding in TempDirectory.read()
and TempDirectory.write().
