Tomorrow will be a 12k EASY run! Remember to keep it easy, where ever you are running.

Those interested to run together, can join the run at cubbon.

A small "I'm In" note will encourage more participants.

Below the details:

Date: Saturday, 23rd-Nov

Assemble at: 5.30 am, Run starts at 5:45 am

Assemble point: Cubbon Park, Cubbon Entrance at end of MG road, near Jewels De Paragon. (Do not go onto Kasturba or Queens road, the entrance is in between both of these). We meet at the gate near cubbon entrance. Parking available for 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler.

Pace: EASY, Aerobic run.
