Dear Jaikant,

I got your email from Arvind Bharathi of Runners For Life. I am his colleague and am putting the RFL newsletter together.

I am writing to you to feature your running training in an article in the next issue of the RFL newsletter.

We’re putting together a city-wise feature on all training options that runners have, to take the structure and texture of their running miles ahead – this first article will have coaches from Bangalore and Mumbai. I’d like your voice on the running coaching you do so well for runners. Would you have the time to put down your thoughts on the stuff listed below? If yes, would it also be possible to send it back by Friday, 22nd November 6.30pm – along with 1 of your pictures in jpeg format?

Details needed-

Name of your running coaching: NRC

What you do for runners (200 words or less):

What are the benefits of training with a coach/ training with your method – if method is applicable (200 words or less):

Would you like to add a runner testimonial from one of your coachees (1 para from them + 1 picture):

The idea behind this article is to give runners comprehensive info on the concept of structured training and the benefits from it. If you have suggestions on making the article more meaningful to runners, please feel free to share them with me. I will share the article with you before it goes out to readers.

Best,

Monica Pillai

Hi Jai,

That's great! I see this as a another feather in your cap - an acknowledgement/Recognition for the time/effort/interest
that you put in shaping the budding runners. So, why not (of course only if you are convinced :) ...

Cheers!
Suresh

Thanks for the kind words Suresh.

If no one has an objection to this, I would do a small write up and send to them.

Regards,

Jaikant
