[Suggestion] Table of Contents

In the toc macro, Table of Contents is enter as "Table of contents".
It just looks so much sharper as "Table of Contents".

Just a suggestion. I changed it in my wiki. :P

I agree, "Table of Contents" is the more conventional capitalization.

I've incorporated this into the current download, but without bothering to generate a new point release. (If you re-download just update the muster_simplwiki.php script).

I've also registered a new native span class method:

%s comment%some comment%%

allows in-line comment in the markup, and just gets stripped out during rendering.

So there are now two ways to include comments in the markup source:

```line comment

and the in-line comment as above.
