Last call for RC 1 changes

All,

I've listed the changes I'm committed to for SimpleWiki RC1.03 here: http://simplewiki.org/future.

I'd prefer to leave it at that unless something urgent comes up.

After I make these changes (should be in the next couple of weeks), I'll leave it in a RC state for a short while, then promote it to Version 1.0.

Subsequent changes can accumulate after that in a development version 1.1 beta (downloadable separately).
