Note that I have released simplewiki rc1.04 with a bugfix in the emitter.

Since posting of the above bug fix, I've found a couple more (I've been reading through hundreds of pages of simplewiki markup), so a good shakeout. (mostly those pesky "index not found"s).

If you've just downloaded 1.04, download it again, as I've just updated it without additional notes.

Put another way, if you've downloaded 1.04 on June 22, do so again on June 23.
