Please explain how to share a simple text document using dropbox within a small team.

Need to share with a small group. Not all of the people will be
accessing the document through simpletext.ws. I am setting it up and
I use simpletext on iphone and ipad and internet. I am also a dropbox
user. How do I set up this solution?
