Moving the SimpleText folder in Mac OS X

When using the Mac OS X app, is there a way to have the SimpleText
folder live anywhere else than in the user folder? I personally want
nothing there except the original categories, and would like to be
able to move it into the Documents folder.

Look at the "SimpleText for Mac Tips & Tricks" section of the
SimpleText users guide (accessible from the Help menu).
