Can I distribute Simple SQL Backup with my software?

price of your software or attribute more value to your software by
including Simple SQL Backup as part of your installation.

developed the software. It is intended for developers of SQL Server
based applications, particularly those that run on SQL Server Express,
to provide an tool that is easy for their customers to use to backup
the databases.
