After IdP initiated login I need to redirect IdP user into some page.
Could anyone please let me know I need to use either "ReturnTo"
parameter like in http://simplesamlphp.org/docs/1.5/simplesamlphp-sp-api#section_3_3
or RelayState in authsources.php file?

If you set it in authsources.php, it should be with an option named
'RelayState'. You can also send the RelayState parameter from the IdP.
How you do that depends on the IdP. In the case of simpleSAMLphp, you
set it as an additional query-parameter to SSOService.php.
