SimpleSAMLphp v1.19.2+ PHP 8.2

Hello,

I have a likely quick and painless question about the 1.19.x version of SimpleSAMLphp.

The '"php": ">=7.1|^8"' in the composer.json of 1.19.[2-8] imply it is good-to-go with PHP v8.2?

I read this thread https://github.com/simplesamlphp/simplesamlphp/issues/1521 discussing what seemed like PHP v8/8.1 in general, but 8.2 was not available then.

The SAML provider we are using is in need of updating before we move to SimpleSAMLphp 2.0 ergo the reason for sticking with 1.19.x in the interim.
