Too many redirects when redirected to limesurvey

Hello,

I've setup simplesamlphp (latest) to be an SP for limesurvey (version 2.65= latest) and ADFS 2 as an IDP.

Everything is fine if I stay in simplesaml auth/test pages.

I can see the attributes given by ADFS.

But when I try to use the AuthSAML plugin installed in limesurvey (on the same server as simplesamlphp).

I receive a "too many redirect" from my web browser.

I tried, to change the store.type to something else than phpsession to be sure but I still got the issue.

Is my problem relative to the attribute I get from ADFS or is this something else?

Changing the store.type configuration option might not be enough. Make sure the cookie configuration is correct.

It shouldn’t. Usually, infinite redirects are due to a bad configuration of the session backend or the cookie configuration (i.e. session cookies conflicting with the application’s cookies). Make sure that SimpleSAMLphp has its own, separate session and cookies.

Also, look at the logs. They are there precisely to help diagnose issues, and they should provide you with more information on what’s exactly going on.
